Tanks of various types and sizes are used extensively in the storage and processing of oil products, chemicals, petrol chemicals and pharmaceuticals. The cleaning of these tanks is a necessity during periodic maintenance. Our company has excellent track records and experience in this field and has successfully completed hundreds of tank cleaning projects with remarkable results. We have a team of specialized workforce, augmented by state of the art cleaning equipment and technique, and supported by a large fleet of powerful vacuum trucks for hazardous waste management.

Depending on the clients’ needs and requirements, we are able to perform:

Manual cleaning

This is the most basic and traditional way of tank cleaning. Workers enter the tanks and manually scrape and de-sludge the tanks with hoses, pressure washers and other scrubbing mechanism. Although effective, manual cleaning requires numerous safety precautions and emergency equipment.

Semi-robotic cleaning

This method employs mini excavators to augment manpower to improve efficiency and safety. Screw conveyors are then used to transport the sludge out of the tank and disposed into bins. Substantial saving in manpower and improvement in efficiency is achieved.

Manless entry cleaning

This fully automated tank cleaning system delivers faster, more effective and reliable results. It eliminates the risks associated with manual entry working in confined spaces of a tank. This improves the efficiency and sustainability of the total cleaning cycle, enabling shorter tank and process downtimes with the potential of greater productivity. This is a closed system that provides for recover oil from the sludge and allowing the recovered oil to be reprocessed. This state-of-the art technology integrating sludge oil recovery with mechanical tank cleaning is a first of its kind locally.
